If you found out that you were allergic to your pet, would you find a new home for your pet, or would you deal with it and cope with allergy shots and medication?
I ask this question in light of yesterday's post, finding out that my husband is NOT allergic to our cats or dog. I'm just curious what everyone else would do if faced with this difficult circumstance. I guess for us it would depend on how serious the allergy was. Most likely we would've gone the medication route.
So what would you do? Any thoughts?
i never had a pet and i don't like one in the very near future.
ReplyDeletebut if i had a pet and i'm allergic to it, it'd probably let it go ... i'm not very good with shots and medications.
Honestly, I would find the pet a good home and give them away. We have a dog and she is a lot of work, so I don't think I could pile one more thing dog related on my plate, I'd find a good home fast!
ReplyDeleteI would probably suffer until I find a good home for it.
ReplyDeleteIf I had an allergy to a pet...I would suffer and keep the pet. I wish we could have a pet, but we are renting right now.
ReplyDeleteI just don't like animals in general..so this would be easy---GOOD-BYE PET!
