Finally... the number on the scale is going down! After more than a month of frustration in tinkering with food group servings and calorie numbers, I think I've finally found my window. I also started walking 4 days a week and drinking more water.
Yes, I think it's working. I can see the goal now!
Awesome! I think my scale went down 7 and then back up 2-3. I'm working on it again, though...I just have to be careful because I don't want to lose too quickly!
